Mylapore - Folsom

Limited menu now with variations of idly dosa and some uttapam. At some point it should be more fluffy and softer. chutneys are a little too salty. the same for the Podi-Dosa had to split off the salt spice. good friendly service. something lacks in the ambiente to eat.

This restaurant leads me directly to South India, from music to friendly staff and unique eating. this place has everything, and is quite a way through for any vegan food lover. ask for the vegan menu and order everything from it and they will be guaranteed to be impressed. I've eaten Indian food all over the country, and that's my favorite restaurant. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

I stopped on the way to the bay for work, soon came back with my family. they had a complete menu of vegan-specific items and many choices from the southern and northern Indian style. prices are very reasonable and eating is very good.

I've had half a dozen or so awesome meals here. Favorites are a spring roll dosa filled with cauliflower, bell pepper carrot (dosas are savory crepes, made with a batter of lentils rice) fried flatbread with garbanzo curry. To the commenter complaining about the language barrier, seems odd you would order one of the few obviously not vegan item since over a dozen are marked. Service is fast enough polite enough, go for the food
