Mountain Mike's Pizza - Folsom

Had a little hiccup w/ the order and Rashal(sic) was extremely humble and apologetic and offered a replacement stat. THAT is what I like in a restaurant. Definitely good food(And they always have) but also the smarts to know what to do if something is amiss. Thank you.

I don't know what happened to this place. They've been great the past years since they opened but the past couple of orders have been disappointing. I made an order for pick up for a certain time and they've been late by more than 10 minutes the past 4 visits. They also put 50% less toppings than what they used to and the presentation of the pizza looks sloppy. Some slices are big and some are really thin. Some pieces have toppings and some look like a plain slice of cheese pizza. They lost a loyal customer.

Buffalo chicken pizza was amazing! And the veggie pizza with white sauce was super delicious too. The service was remarkable. My food was delivered to my table on time. I recommend this location for great food and drinks.

Wed june 28 @8:20 PM I walk into the store and there is no customers or cashiers present but one worker was sleeping at a table (not joking). A loud bell goes off when you walk inside so I waited a few minutes thinking somebody in the back would come out. After waiting I had to speak up to get help. If I wasn’t picking up an online order I would have left. No apology for the wait or even a greeting. Bad service. Also why are you napping inside the store? Go to your car or something. Unprofessional and awkward experience.
