Ihop - Folsom

We ordered simple breakfast plates for four people, along with sides of eggs, hash browns, and a waffle. The total came to $93. Unfortunately, the waffles were cold by the time they arrived at our table and the butter wouldn't melt. It took 35 minutes to get our food because they only had one cook. The table next to us, who arrived after us, was served before us. We won't be returning to this restaurant.

I didn't used to like IHOP, but decided to give it another try recently to pass the time before a meeting. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service and tasty food. I appreciated that they seated each group separately for added privacy and courtesy.

We adore this restaurant - the food and service are exceptional. Just be prepared to wait a bit as it tends to be busy, but it's definitely worth it!

First time I have been to IHOP in 10 years due to a gluten allergy. Had the GF pancakes, and was very impressed. Great taste and consistency. Bacon was a little depressing as it tasted like microwave bacon, very thin and crunchy.

Ww ate there Friday night, 11-4-22. They had one server, one cook and one other employee. We waited 20 minutes to be sat. The food was horrible, I mean the worst we have ever had. The waffle was at least 3 days old. It was hard, dry and tasted odd. Thepancakes were burnt. The French fries were cold and hard. The Philly cheese stake sandwich was disgusting. The meat looked old.The bread was dry. We never received refills. The experience was the worst I have ever had. The food was so bad that we did noteat it. Did we complain, no. Why? Because nobody cared. The cook, well the person in the kitchen was ok sending our slop out andthe waitress had no issues putting it on our table as though she thought it was actual food that was appropriate for humanconsumption. I will find a Denneys next time. Do not eat there.
