Dolce Banana Cafe - Folly Beach

This is not overcrowded during winter and autumn season compared to summer. It's good for the occasion. It seems more like a tourist trap.

I expected ACTUAL milk tea with tapioca bobas. This is only sweet tea with aromatized syrup with popping beads for $7.25. It was really disappointing for what we paid for. The tea itself really tasted down, even McDonald's sweet tea has more taste. I wouldn't recommend the Boba tea.

Boba Tee was decent, but I've had better experiences elsewhere. The ice had a bit of a freezer burn taste, and I've definitely encountered better ice too.

When I came to my review, I was sad to read all the bad ones. I never had a bad experience here. Over the past 5 years consistently over Thanksgiving. I love her Boba Tea, I always get mango with Rainbow Boba. I also love their Frozen Yogurt Bar. I feel bad for this place with all the bad reviews, but they were probably once out of experiences. Please check this place. I think the workers are always nice.

Awful experience here. We walked in and there were no other customers there; one staff member came in and out from the back, didn't acknowledge us/say anything to us, but continued cleaning up front. She would go back and forth between the front and back, ignoring us and continuing to clean the front.We waited patiently, but after several minutes of being ignored; we had enough and left.Luckily, we left, because we found good and way cheaper ice cream right on the pier. You are better off walking to the pier and grabbing much better priced ice cream with a great view.Stay away from this overpriced, RUDE place.
