Delightful staff, excellent traditional food, and good value. Orecchiette were being made at the table and the kitchen is open to view. Wine only by bottle or by half bottle but very good. Foggia has a lot of pizzerie but this was good old-fashioned and authentic trattoria food.

The Trattoria Giordano's Pompeo offers a great wine list and nicely prepared and presented seafood and traditional Italian meals. The wine list featured recently added and sold-out bottles. Although no wines were offered by the glass, the bottles of wine offered were very reasonably priced. The nice prepared fresh fish was cleaned and presented at the table by friendly waiters. The menu contained short translation of offered items into English.

Translation into the mouth is this restaurant that cooks dishes with care and skill. kitchen view is near the Jordanian theatre. good wine paper, centered on the local ones. excellent and family welcome. service up to expectations. prices in line with quality.

Returning to the Jordanian trattoria is always a beautiful emotion, a warm and familiar environment, dare say reassuring. as soon as the kitchen enters, it is a business card, without anything to hide (reassurance.) the fresh pasta (troccoli and orecchiette) rests the placida on the spinates waiting to meet the classical sauce with brasciola or seasonal vegetables or better still the cardoncelli mushrooms. dishes that tell a story and a well defined identity, balanced, goose, without frills, made with raw materials of excellence. you eat surrounded by wine bottles and distillates and a good choice of evo oils. a definitely not to be missed experience!
