When we informed the staff, they showed no empathy, initially claiming it was spinach. In an attempt to rectify the situation, the cashier changed his story, now claiming that what we had found were olive seeds. One family member bravely spoke up about the potential dangers of the situation, highlighting the severe harm that could have befallen the child. However, rather than acknowledging the gravity of the situation, the cashier persisted in denying any wrongdoing and even claimed to have said I 'm sorry twice, which was an outright lie that none of the nine members of our family heard. It is clear that the cashier was attempting to gaslight and deceive us with this false explanation. The cashier 's dismissive attitude and lies left us shocked. The pizza itself was a disaster, with thin, flimsy crust unable to support toppings, a lack of sauce, and an excess of raw tomatoes. Disgusting experience all around.

We’ve eaten here a few times in the past year. There was another man in the front who was friendly with customer service skills which is what kept us coming back. So it’s been a few months but we decided to order today so we called in prior, spoke to a women on the phone and told her we wanted the 2 large pie special and mentioned that we would be eating there and will arrive in 5 minutes. So we get there and the pies weren’t even in the oven and had to wait 20 minutes for our pizza when we had an event to attend. She wouldn’t let us purchase a 2 liter to eat with our pizza so we had to spend more buying individual bottles. The pizza finally gets to the table, she says (we didn’t make it cause some order and say there coming and don’t show) One pizza was well the other wasn’t and the pizza wasn’t the same as it was. The sauce tasted like they poured alot of sugar in it and the cheese was very chewy. Its safe to say we wont be returning. Lastly my husband asked the lady with blonde hair at the counter (the one who I’m speaking of this entire time) and asked if she can box the second pie that my husband brought up to the counter. Every other pizza place would simply take the pie and place it in the box. She hands my husband the box with the full pizza pie in his hands and walks away! Customer service is key!
