Contribuiți la feedbackOn 02.08.2020 we had lunch with 5 people at the reservoir. The restaurant was very well visited. But we found a 5 table. The following process is to be done in the self-service: ordering- payment- take drinks - take food number - pick up calls of the number- food - clean up food-nice dishes. This type of gastronomy is increasingly rare to be found, but very practically from the gastronomic side. I did not find any stress situation from the team, everything went quiet and very friendly. Even some loose sayings were there. That gave me the feeling of being at home. After our order at the Tresen, our food number was called within 10 minutes. I didn't get a freshly prepared meal so fast. We tried 2 different dishes: beef roulade with red cabbage and cash (The Roulade was butter tender, tastefully perfect from seasoning. Potato cheese with croutons and red cabbage perfectly hit according to my taste and Gusto. A dish where you need a lot of sauce and also find it on the plate. All around a meal like you get at “Mutti”. Panoramic scavengers with fresh plums and pommes (I was totally delighted at this dish. In the previous comments one reads that the carving meat is fried and is from the TK. I have to deny it completely. For my carving was freshly roasted (you can see the uniform colour of fried products. In these carvings I saw various roasting materials that are produced by the roasting. Furthermore, the structure of the meat was evident, so it can never be a TK product. The fresh seedlings, tastefully tasted perfectly. Fried in butter and refined with herbs. It should be stressed that I did not feel any bitter substances that were caused by false brazing in the mouth. Thumb high and very tasty.

Schnitzel large and from the friteuse, canned ampignons in Rahmsoße and thin pommes, all for 12.50€, you are better and cheaper even in the city of Dresden around the Frauenkirche. Despite this, the garden set is well occupied.
Disaster! The smallest evil: card payment not possible that for 12 people with preorder without notice! Carving week? Half of the offer was sold out at noon?! Wrong map print the serious apology. All carvings had a strange, unappetic consistency look inside. One was repeatedly served to fried dark despite return. Important: Made everything the same. Tap the freezer. Only the asparagus wasn't out of the glass. Extremely sad experience... shame.
