Sarku Japan - FLUSHING

I was disappointed with the service at this restaurant. They gave me an expired stamp card and rejected it just before I could earn a free meal. It seems they knew it was expired but didn't inform me earlier. I will be going to another teriyaki store in the mall from now on, as they are cheaper than Sarku. Despite Sarku having shorter lines and more tables, I now understand why it is always empty.

I visited this restaurant about a week ago and ordered a large family dinner. I was very impressed with the cashier, who was attentive and responsive throughout our meal. Despite us making several changes to our order, she was quick to grasp them and repeated it back to us multiple times to ensure accuracy. The service was efficient, and our food was delivered promptly and correctly. The meal was delicious from start to finish. I enjoyed the cozy and hidden atmosphere of the restaurant and will definitely be returning to dine here again. Highly recommend this location.

The Shrimp Bento box was delicious. Everything was freshly cooked and served hot. The sushi was fresh and the dumplings were crispy. Overall, it was a great dining experience and I would highly recommend it.
