Red Mango - FLUSHING

The yogurt at this restaurant is delicious, especially the coconut milk and chocolate flavors. They offer a variety of toppings to choose from and the concept is very innovative.

Clean and good service. I miss putting my own toppings but due to covid the staff scoops them into your cup. The only downside is the last 3 times I went, they were out of fresh mango and strawberries. Otherwise, no complaints!

On more than one occasion I have shown up here during their posted online and door hours of operation and no one is there/ they are not open. Very frustrating to show up and not be able to get food. There are also never any dairy free frozen sorbet options either which is not typical of any frozen yogurt place I?ve ever been to.

Rude service and won't be coming back nor will I recommend this location to others. Thankfully, I know many froyo areas with genuine /respectful customer service. I'm a regular customer at red mango so I can tell when quality changes. I don't like drama so I'll be moving on and no I don't want BS response from owner bye!

The day I went there about 2-3 weeks ago. I was serving myself pistachio flavor when I noticed hundred of baby roaches on the tray below. I immediately told the guy behind the counter and ran out of there. Never again will I go to that location.
