Mcdonald's - Flowery Branch

I waited over 30 minutes in the drive-thru line. After placing my order, I was told they had stopped serving breakfast early, so I had to guess what to choose from the lunch menu since they couldn’t switch the menu back. I ordered sweet tea but ended up with iced black coffee instead. This location is consistently slow and appears to be overwhelmed and understaffed, even when you go inside.

The service here is friendly, and the food is affordable—perfect for a quick meal and an ideal spot for families with young children. They offer wheelchair-accessible parking, seating, and restrooms, which is a big plus. I really appreciate using the app for coupons and deals. If you accumulate enough points from your purchases, you can choose from a wide range of free food items, including desserts! I truly miss the grilled chicken wraps and salads; I wish they would bring the grilled chicken back! One of my favorite menu items is the McChicken, and I absolutely love the seasonal pumpkin iced coffee and the McRib. If I could rate the app separately, I would give it five stars as well—I highly recommend it!

The person who took my order was friendly, and the food was decent. However, the woman at the second window around 6:45 AM was rather rude. I greeted her with a "good morning" and thanked her, but she didn’t respond at all. It felt like she just tossed the food at me. Her appearance was unkempt, and it made me question the hygiene standards. While that’s not the main issue, I believe it’s important for the staff serving food to be polite and not come across as if they dislike their job.

Honestly this is the worst Mac Donald in my area since new. I?ve been there early morning for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The tables, floors, kitchen floors are always disgusting I don?t understand how they?re still open. I?ve use drive t and they have given me the wrong order. On top of that employees are not to helpful. I just gave up. The owner need to do something about it. I just drive to the one on spout spring and friendship rd.

Came through at 4:30 a.m. Says it's open 24 hrs. Pulled up to order food. Waited 7 minutes. No one answered. Went to drive thru window there were people inside. Multiple times I have gone there in the morning and they have been closed. No sign. Just someone on the intercom saying we are not serving at this time. They need to let people know if they are going to be opened or closed by a sign.
