Smoothie King - Flower Mound

I visit this restaurant frequently! They consistently do an excellent job and have a wonderfully friendly staff. They are incredibly efficient and very patient with their customers.

The staff could benefit from gaining more knowledge about the products and ingredients, as well as specific details. While everyone is always friendly and eager to assist, they need to improve their expertise.

I don’t know what changed, this used to be the best location but the past few times the smoothies have been very bland like they forgot ingredients or cut down on something, the smoothies with yogurt are almost all yogurt, and it’s hard to get the correct size sometimes even if the correct item and size is on the receipt.

Sunday Afternoon at Flower Mound Smoothie K, this African American Girl with beads didn’t know what she was doing. First, she made me wait 10 mins at the drive thru, even when there was only one car in the front. Then finally when I ordered and it was time to pay, she blamed my Apple Pay wasn’t working when clearly I used it fine at a different store a day before. Smoothie King you need to get your workers and machines in order.
