Novel Coffee Roasters - Flower Mound

Trio is our absolute favorite coffee shop in D/FW and the benchmark we use when trying other places. Solid coffee, consistent service and awesome staff. Other places are good...but Trio is better :

My 3 little girls and I love coming here after school for a little treat! I personally watched one of the owners beautifully deal with a rude salesperson who came in while we were there--I don't think I could have had the composure she had! So not only are the drinks and food items incredible but the place is obviously run by people with integrity. Great job Trio!

Been searching for great coffee and finally found the place!! Hands down best latte ever! And they make killer French pressed coffee! So happy we found this place.

Wonderful atmosphere, great people. I love this place! I’m always torn between the coffee or tea. Both are fantastic.

So happy i end up at your location. Is always hard to find a good barista that truly knows how to pour a shot. Great ambience, convinient centric location to Flower Mound and friendly staff. A good place to read or have a private interaction.
