Stay away from their frozen cakes!I bought an ice cream cake in this store two days ago. Because I was in a hurry, I took one from their refrigerator instead of ordering one. When I ate the first piece yesterday, it tasted very stale and the sprinkles on it tasted like some chemicals as another post mentioned. So I went back today asking when the cake was made, the owner told me it was made more than 10 days ago. Only god knows how old those cakes are because there is no date printed on those cakes. I asked for full refund or making a new fresh cake for me, but the owner rejected both options and only gave me $7 refund for a $25 stale cake. I will never come back.In addition, they never answer phone calls, so I had to visit their store for anything.

I was looking forward to taking my family out for ice cream last night, but I was disappointed by the lack of customer service at this location. The ice cream server was extremely slow, and I wasn’t greeted at all. I also suspect that I was overcharged; when I requested my receipt, I only received the total amount without a detailed breakdown. They really need to have more than one staff member working there. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning, as this experience was quite disappointing.
