Little Caesars - Flower Mound

I arrived at Little Caesars late for a party, showing up without any prior notice, and all my pizzas were hot and ready. Derrick, the assistant manager, was very friendly and efficient in serving customers. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely be returning!

As the new assistant manager, I can confidently say that this restaurant has made significant improvements. We strive to keep our pizzas hot and ready, but it’s always a surprise when someone comes in and buys them all at once. We’ve also fixed our phone lines, and I’m pleased to report that 95% of our customers leave happy.

It's never truly hot and ready. Most of the time, the pizza is just warm from sitting in the warming box, unless you’re willing to wait about 6 minutes for them to prepare a fresh one that’s actually hot. However, for just $5 for a large pizza, I don’t mind waiting those extra minutes.

I walked in and started expressing my frustrations about my rough day to the assistant manager, Derek, who kindly included some fresh Crazy Bread with my order. This location consistently brightens my mood, and it has a lovely, fresh aroma.
