Chipotle Mexican Grill - Flower Mound

This location is chaotic, slow (behind orders around 30 minutes), and FILTHY. I'm glad I picked up for someone else!

Very dissatisfied. I came during my lunch. The guy who cooks the raw chicken had no gloves and then went on to change cooked items and touch the handles with the same hand he used for the raw chicken. This is cross-contamination and food safety. There were scraps of food mixed in the other foods. The board was as dirty as the gloves of the staff who make your food, so my bowl and wrapped tortilla had guacamole, acid cream, and Random food over everything. And they had no napkins at the drinks. Why is that acceptable? Where is the manager to manage these things? I understand it's a lunch break, but letting the customer service under the standard because it's still busy not an excuse. Customers should have napkins. I shouldn't get into my car and have Guacamole over my hands and car. The safety of the food service should be a priority, especially after the call of Chipotle. I am really very disappointed and want someone from companies to fix this.

Just order online Usually a hit or miss. I'll take lunch from this place because it's so close to my work. Eating is usually good, but the problem is not with the quality of food, it is with the amount of food. Sometimes you get the part you would expect for the price you pay. Other times they seem to give you half-sized shares and get the order incorrectly or incompletely.

Probably the worst food I ever had. I ordered brown rice and got white rice. There were only 4 pieces of diced chicken in my salad, I asked for salad and maybe got a tablespoon of shredded salad and I paid $3.00 for chips and salsa and the bag of chips was less than 1/4 full. Never again.

Always out of ingredients. Always beginning to close 20 minutes early with all the chairs stacked up in the line and starting all close out duties early. All people who come in near closing are looked at as an inconvenience and lucky to get left over scraps from workers who’s heads are already out the door. It’s literally a sloppy disaster. I don’t know about you but when I work my job isn’t over until it’s over.Honestly this store is so embarrassing I have to come back and add. You recycle employees with worse ones. They don’t even know how to make tacos. There is cross contamination everywhere and disgusting, unsanitary cleanup. Children running this store with no babysitter. Who is going to do something? I would be so embarrassed to be this store.
