Chili's Grill - Flower Mound

This particular Chili's is ALWAYS amazing. We go Herr every other Friday. Never a wait but they are always busy. service is amazing. For a place that's busy but never a wai to be seated, they know how the system works and they do it flawlessly. Oh onemore thing. The waitress recommended the new curly fries. I was skeptical at first, but OMG they were amazing. I will bow begetting the curly fries with my sandwich everytime! Thanks for the recommendation!

Had some lunch, great service. Food was ready in no time. And was served hot.

Had a good carry out experience. Morgan was the carhop girl and she was so pleasant and sweet. The food was good EXCEPT the cheesecake. I threw up immediately following have a bite of it. It tasted like raw eggs or that it has been sitting out fordays. My boyfriend thought it tasted like chemicals????

Lisa's hamburger was greasy all over. We told the waitress. She said it would be made again. No sooner than that, the manager comes to our table very confrontational and disrespectful. We discussed the burgers and we found out they put butter on the bunsbefore they are toasted. We said hold the butter and it did the trick. The burger was much better. When a guest bring somethingto your attention, don't come out all huffy and puffy like you want to fight. Talk to the guest. The cheese fries were great! Ilove your fries! All in all, It was a good visit. Train the manager that the customer is the boss and doesn't need to get in ourfaces.

Very disappointing this time. None of the steaks were cooked as requested. Stuff ordered was forgotten. Had to keep tracking down our ...well either very new or horribly inattentive waiter. Newest menu updates had very few options for lighter/kidsmeals. While the Bbq bacon burger tasted alright I ended up taking half the full pound of meat off not only cause I reallydidn't want that much but because the bread and toppings just didn't hold up the the massive patties. Chili's is quicklybecoming a place I used to enjoy not one I am excited to go to again.
