Mcdonald's - Florissant

Only giving 2 stars because Breakfast is usually efficient and staff are friendly. However… the night shift is HORRIBLE. Used the online app so I was forced to sit in line (doors were locked) for over an HOUR. This is not an exaggeration. They charged my card to then told me I was at the wrong location or someone else got my food. How does that even make sense. I asked them to confirm the address and no one even knew the address to confirm. I pulled over to confirm the address via email then had to go around to ask the cashier what happened. She confirmed/verified my order then asked me to pull forward. She upgraded the fries to large for the inconvenience. How thoughtful

Customer service was good. However the hashbrown had freezer burn. So yuk! Also, no gravy? The only McDonald's in the area that has gravy is up near 270.

If my 8 year old nephew didn't want some chicken nuggets, there was no way I would have waited 1 hr. I started in the drive thru, waited about 30 mins in line. I finally was able to get out the line and go inside. It took another 30 mins or so. My nephew was happy...lol so, if want McDonald's, don't be in a hurry!

I normally don't expect a whole lot from McDonald's, but today I was impressed with this location. Stopped in while at work to get a quick burger, The burger was fresh tasted good. Service was good also. ?

Spicy chicken sandwich and chickens. most chicken bugs have something black over burned powder. even chicken sandwich was crushed in pieces. quality was very bad.
