Excellent breakfast with quick and friendly service! They even brought our dog a bowl of water and offered a salt-free puppy patty for her. We enjoyed the biscuits and gravy along with the brisket melt—both were outstanding. Price per person: $10–20. Food: 5/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 5/5. Highly recommend the Brisket Melt!

The server was amazing—she had a great understanding of the drink menu! The food was fresh and bursting with flavor. The outdoor patio created a relaxing atmosphere, and they were playing 90s music over the speakers, which was fantastic! Overall, I’d rate the food 5/5, the service 5/5, and the atmosphere 5/5.

We hike at Florissant National Monument at least once a month, not just for the fantastic trails, but also to enjoy a meal at Iron Tree Brewery afterward. Their brisket is absolutely incredible, and the Brisket Benedict, which comes topped with a poached egg and sauce, is one of the best dishes I've ever tried. Occasionally, the service can be inconsistent due to staff shortages, but they always find a way to make it right. I just hope that my five-star recommendation doesn’t lead to bigger crowds on the weekends at this amazing restaurant.

I walked in and had to wait quite a while to be acknowledged. There was a woman standing with her back to the door, and despite my efforts to catch her attention—like coughing lightly—she didn't turn around. Instead, she said she’d be with us in a moment without even looking our way. Meanwhile, she continued folding silverware in an empty restaurant. We waited to be seated, but she didn't turn around and just focused on tasks that didn't seem necessary at the time. This kind of behavior could really hurt the business. I hope the owners take notice and reconsider their staffing choices. It was completely unprofessional and frankly strange. Don't they want customers and tips? After many years in the restaurant industry, I found this experience to be quite embarrassing.

Fantastic servers and truly unique dishes! Avocado fries... who would have imagined they'd be so tasty? The beer selection is excellent, and the music perfect. I highly recommend this place! Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Atmosphere: 5/5
