Applebee's

All I ordered was cold food, which was unbelievable. I was so frustrated that I asked for a manager. I wasted $50 on two entrées, an appetizer, and two children's meals. My drink was equally disappointing. I still tipped the waitress because it felt like the right thing to do, but I made sure to let her know that my food was served cold.

The customer service was decent, but there’s definitely room for improvement. On the bright side, the food was enjoyable.

Dinner was enjoyable this evening. I ordered the appetizer sampler, which has been renamed, but it's still the same dish I usually go for. It was delicious!

We start with the good things from this visit. I have every article I ordered. now on the evil one. I picked up my order five minutes before the time I gave. I called and let her know where I was, and then waited 15 minutes before eating was finally brought out. the woman who brought out my eating had dark sunglasses on (about 20:30 o'clock) and left my bag of eating in my window. then she gave me that one to sign me and went away before I could give him back to go. When I got my food home, everything was, but my ribs were cold. the soda I had ordered was pure sirup. no carbonization or soda. lacking would have been an improvement of this experience. they save themselves the disappointment and go either to longhorn next door or chili is on the road.

The waitress was great but my boneless were nasty because it was drowned in garlic sauce, my ribs plate was dirty and my fries were just thrown on top like here, my drink tasted like a slushy, my mac and cheese had no bacon, and our appetizers were hotter than our actual food. The only good thing was the service because I am not eating food off a dirty plate and I thought my fries would've at least came in a basket. Honestly a waste of $80.
