The person who makes the ice also serves the ice cream, and it's absolutely delicious! He creates fantastic sorbet and gelato as well. Make sure to stop by if you're in or passing through Key Largo!

I had an amazing experience! The ice cream is homemade, and the waffles are freshly made to order and served warm. The ice cream, gelato, and sorbets are all delicious and incredibly fresh! My husband and I enjoyed seconds and also tried the homemade key lime cake, which was freshly prepared by Destiny. Mr. C has a dedicated and loyal staff. I absolutely adore this place! The homemade ice cream, gelato, and sorbets are incredibly fresh. My husband couldn't get enough of the Cantaloupe Sorbet, while I thoroughly enjoyed the creamy coconut ice cream. The gelato here is a bit icier and contains less fat. Wanting the full, rich experience, I chose the ice cream after trying both. Keep in mind, there are only two tables, so it can get crowded during peak season. A great deal is their Lunch Special, which includes a Nathan's hot dog, a drink, and ice cream for just $6.95! I'm so glad we discovered this gem.

I've never written a review. I know I should, but I just don't. This can be the best ice cream I'll ever eat. My husband and I are great lovers of ice cream. We have tried a lot of ice over the years, and this is the real thing. Just go. And try the chocolate brew.

Stopped here on a whim and glad we did. We had two hotdogs and two cones. Everything was absolutely delicious. Nathan's hotdogs with homemade chilli hit the spot and the homemade waffle cones and ice cream was the perfect dessert. The owner was there running the counter and was friendly and courteous. He checked on us frequently and made sure we had everything we needed. Just be aware this shop is a tiny hole in wall shop. This isn't a new fancy chain shop but it is clean and quaint. If you are staying in or going through Key Largo you should definitely stop in here for a cone.
