Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Why do they put diced (it looks like hamburger meat) on a salad? And they didn't just sprinkle it on the grilled chicken strips themselves, but scattered it over the entire salad. I can't eat it, that's too much meat. It doesn't even come with any seasoning; they don't even mention it on the menu for salads. It's a waste of money, and I think this place overdoes it with the meat; it's nauseating. I won't be eating at this place again, or any place like it.

The food at this restaurant was good, but there was a lot of confusion with my order. A young man with an iPad took my order outside, but when I received it at the window, a part was missing. I had to park and go inside to inform them. The staff inside blamed the guy outside for the mistake, even though it wasn't his fault. It seemed like they lacked teamwork and just passed blame around. It was a disappointing experience and I didn't feel like returning. If you make a mistake, own up to it instead of blaming others. They eventually gave me the missing items, but I felt bad for the guy who was unfairly blamed.

I visited this restaurant on April 2, 2022, at 4:00 PM. The manager, Roy, seemed unsure about a customer's order. The chef working in the drive-thru was unpleasant. Additionally, a lazy employee with blonde hair refused to clean the drink station and passed the responsibility off to the cashier. Overall, the customer service experience was disappointing.

Open the dinning room at least to place orders that I travel through 35mins

Order online well in advance for pickup only to get home to a 100% incorrect order with food my wife and kid wouldn't eat. Called store to requested a refund and was denied saying I had to drive all the way back to the store after a long work day to bring them back the incorrect order like they would turn around and sell it to someone else. Manager on duty refused to talk with me and set the phone down and walked away but talking in the back ground could be heard saying don't worry about it watch he'll be right up here in a minute I bet. So perfectly okay with poor customer service and accuracy of order.
