Subway - Florence

I found a cockroach in my to go bag!!! I couldn’t even eat the food I ordered. Don’t bother coming here unless you want to each cockroaches

Radio needs to be turned down. So loud they couldn't hear my order. Excellent sandwich. Fresh bread and ingredients.

Tonight, I ordered three sandwiches, all of which were supposed to be six inches, but one ended up being a foot long. Unfortunately, two of the three sandwiches were prepared incorrectly, and they completely forgot to include the drinks and chips. This is the third time I've encountered issues with this restaurant, and there definitely won't be a fourth. I also attempted to call, but no one answered.

I love taking my lunch break here, but they've recently started playing rap music with explicit lyrics. It feels more like a club than a sandwich shop now, which is quite unprofessional!

We were warmly greeted when we arrived at the restaurant. They listened carefully to everything I wanted on my sandwich, and I absolutely loved it!
