Sonic Drive-in - Florence

Paid for my food thru the app and ordered ahead but still took forever because the whole staff is outside just chillin at a table.

I am so tired of the terrible service of this sonic Why is it that it literally takes almost thirty minutes to go thru the drive thru AND they will still get your order wrong. I literally have watched a whole episode of Jeopardy waiting in the drive thru. The drive up spots are worse. As for the food it is mediocre at Best. But no need to worry they won’t get the order right anyway. I PROMISE you could ask for a straw and they will give you a napkin. As for paying DONT even think of paying with cash it seems no one knows how to count change. They are always out of one coin or the other and if you will NEVER AGET A QUARTER back. If your change is 92’cents you will get 9 dimes or 18 nickels and I f you correct them it will take another 30 minutes for them to figure it out. AND THEY LOVE TO ROUND UP AND KEEP YOUR CHANGE FOR A TIP.

Waited almost 30 minutes for an online pick-up order of 1 corndog, 1 burger, and 1 chicken sandwiches. They need help there.

Understaffed, service is ridiculously slow. The only reason I didn't leave is because I had already paid. Not to mention the drive through should be closed at a drive in restaurant if you don't have the staff to run both. We ordered some fries, corn dog. And some cheddar peppers with a couple of drinks. I'd give it a 0 if I could.

All was good. Just prices getting crazy! 2 meals 25.00 plus.
