Sonic Drive-in - Florence

Pulled up to the drive thru at about 8 pm on a Thursday maybe 2 other cars were at the drive up post no one was in front of me in the drive thru I waited for 4 or 5 minutes then the person came over the intercom without asking me what I wanted she just bluntly said it will be 15 to 20 minutes before we can take your order because we were so busy. Total customers there were maybe 3 cars . All I was trying to get was 2 shakes for wife and daughter who were sick with COVID. So I told her I just needed 2 shakes so I will wait. I finally got them both had whip cream witch I asked for no whip cream but it had already taken 20 minutes to get that so I just cut my losses and will find somewhere else for future food.

I pulled into the parking lot and waited for a good 10 minutes for them to respond to me. There were cars in the lot so I figured it was open because it was around 9 when everywhere (even the doors) said they closed at 11. I sat and sat until they just turned the lights off on me. Didn’t even say anything to me or anything. Pulled to the drive thru. Still nothing. This was ridiculous. If people don’t want to work then just don’t work and hire people that will. What has this world come to?

The app was not working right, but everything was okay.

Waited 20 min after pushing red button and left. No one ever took our order.

Ordered online tha price that it gave me online was much more once I got there to pick up my order and tha black man that ran drive thru was very rude come on be better do better people Spent $16 when my order was only $13.56 Just for one slushy and two shakes ?‍Parking: Was waiting in drive thru for 10-15 minutes it's sad and dude was rude af some black man
