Palmetto Subs - Florence

The customer service needs major improvement. I was not greeted in a friendly manner and the employees made me feel really uncomfortable while placing my order. I ended up throwing my food in the trash because I didn't trust eating it after I was madeto feel that uncomfortable by the employees. Very poor customer service.

Customer service was ok but the steak cheese sub I got was disgusting. The steak tasted like throw up the bread was super hard. Cant believe I spent my money on that. The only good thing about my meal were the two pickles that were thrown in on theside.

I've given this place more than enough chances but I'm officially done with this place... first thing is the sub was stored in a refrigerator in a bag with meats already on it so they can be faster so the meat tastes like a refrigerator, secondly none ofthe vegetables were fresh you could tell they were cut the previous day, Pepsi was flat, the sweet tea was in a pitcher next tothe register every single table in the building was dirty, we had to clean our own table. Lady making our sub had on a dirtyapron. This place is disgusting and poor customer service. Me an my wife spent $36 for two sub combos that were horrible. Don'tknow what happened to this place but I won't be back

This restaurant continues to allow people to place orders at the pickup window, forcing others to wait until that order is prepared. Try doing that at Grouchos and they send you on your way. I called my order in, like you SHOULD be doing to use thepickup window. I had to wait behind THREE cars that they allowed to order at the window. It?s good, but it?s not that good. Will be finding another sub shop.

Y'all they work hard in there. They're always someone or several people there when I get to go by. I'll tell you why, the salad and subs taste phenomenal...love the nice and friendly staff as well. An excellent choice.
