Mcdonald's - Florence

Placed an order with the app for curbside pickup. I’ve been waiting for about 15 minutes while all these other cars go through drive through, listening to my baby cry bc it’s taking so long. Definitely didn’t skip any line.

Today marked the 4 th time I went here in the last two weeks. They successfully forgot to put all the burgers in the bag all four times. Tonight I went in to the restaurant to get the sandwich they charged me for but didn't put in my bag. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes. Several employees seen me but turned their back and continued to work on the drive thru. All I can say is if you go here make sure you order a few extra sandwiches that you will pay for of course and hopefully you will get enough after they forget a few to feed your family. Don't bother going inside to fix it because they don't care. You will just have to except that you are paying for food you will not get is some sort of convenience charge. It happened to me on all four trips in two weeks. Granted I only went inside on my second time and tonight. Don't waste time going in because they obviously don't care.....

Food was good. I used the screen to ordered, and made my order to be delivered at the table. My order was called when it was finished, and i had to go get it myself, and also get my own drinks. Not what i expected.

I stopped because I was craving a good biscuit. They ran out! Guess I didn't need it anyway. I got an egg mcmuffin and it was still really good.

Incorrect store hours. Just had my order cancelled on DoorDash at 9:58 because dasher said they were closed. Says they’re open until 12 on google and 10:30 on DoorDash which isn’t the case. They just close whenever they feel like it, as this has happened more than one occasion where they were closed before 10 pm.
