Mcdonald's - Florence

The restaurant messed up my order. The toilets were broken and difficult to clean. My almost 5-year-old went to ask for sauce (they gave the wrong one) and they told him he had to pay for it (even though we already did, they just misunderstood). I am only giving 2 stars because we traveled 8 hours and the dining area was open.

The speed of service in fast food restaurants can vary greatly. At least this restaurant gets the job done consistently. However, I would prefer to go to IHOP or Waffle House for takeout as they offer similar prices. This restaurant seems to prioritize quantity over quality in their business model.

The service at this restaurant is terrible, the staff always gets the order wrong. Furthermore, the manager argues when mistakes are pointed out and refuses to make it right. I have had multiple issues here and should have known better than to return. I will not be coming back again!

This is the best mcdonald’s that I’ve been too much for a long time.

My favorite place. The staff is quick and efficient. Gets my order perfectly done every time, especially my iced coffee.
