Logan's Roadhouse - Florence

I was with my brothers. rolling are fantastic, appetizers were great. However, when I ordered the southern fried fish, I was very disappointed. it looked like big fish. it was overcooked and a little hard to chew. beer was very good and fresh. my nephew enjoyed the coloring matte. a great place to eat, only stay at a steak from now on.

I went on Saturday, 20th august at 415 and ordered a 16oz rib eye and a baked kartoffel and was told that they did not have kartoffels, so I got up and went. they would think someone might have gone, but I guess they were busy. that's a good place to eat, but not anymore.

We had a party of 8 when we sat, the host, a young man, said to us that we couldn't put the tables together and insisted that we sit on two separate 4 tops. there was no other in the section and there was no exit in the area. he went on to argue with us about why we were not allowed to sit together as a family. he gave it to the waitress. After all the members of our party arrived, I found this guy and asked him again that we move the tables together. he said he would check with the waitress again. I let him know I wanted to see the manager. at that time the waitress showed up and insisted that she had no problem with us together. I've been in the service industry for decades and has never been treated like that. eating was decent, best, but the waitress made a great work. the host was terrible and very crappy about the whole affair. if they and their family want to eat, they go somewhere else

A great experience today. big steak, usually I ask a1 to fix what I suspect will be a tasteless piece of meat. this time I asked, took a bit from my ribeye and sent the sauce back to the cook, big waitress and a smiling staff. I wanted to talk to the chef who cooked my steak and shake his hand. recommend this special logan’s.

The servers were very patient and polite, however, the food was an overall bad experience. Our steaks were supposed to be medium and came out well done, green beans were served cold, steak and shrimp were little to no seasoning, and loaded baked potato had only sour cream. Also the food took more then 40 minutes to come out.
