Dunkin' - Florence

This place is fantastic! I called one day to order 300 munchkins for work the next morning. The staff was eager to help me, and everything was ready ahead of schedule when I arrived the following day. They even changed the packaging to make it easier for me to get through security! We returned on April 2 to celebrate a special breakfast for my son on World Autism Awareness Day, and once again, the staff exceeded our expectations! You've officially become our go-to Dunkin, and we plan to keep coming back to this location for a long time! Please, don’t change anything!

The peppermint mocha latte with oat milk was fantastic! It was just what I needed on a chilly day. The staff were incredibly friendly. I highly recommend it!

I typically don't write reviews, but my experience at this restaurant compelled me to share my thoughts. The manager, Patience (a name you won't easily forget), was incredible. Despite our order exceeding $100, she was exceptionally pleasant and friendly. Everyone at the restaurant seemed to be enjoying their work, and the place was spotless. I want to give a special shout-out to this fantastic employee—thank you, Patience!

Coffee? Delicious. Breakfast? Tasty. Coffee and breakfast together?! EVEN BETTER. Patience really nailed my order and made sure I was fully satisfied with my meal!

I absolutely adore their butter pecan coffee when it’s available! It’s always brewed fresh and tastes delicious every time. Now that fall has arrived, they’ve introduced their pumpkin line! Enjoying a large pumpkin latte is the perfect way to celebrate the season. They also offer a great selection of freshly made donuts, as well as hash browns and breakfast sandwiches. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the place is always very clean.
