Dunkin' - Florence

I ordered a latte with less caramel syrup, but it was made with the full amount and I found it undrinkable. Since I had two sleeping babies in the car, I went back through the drive-thru. The man at the window, who had an Invader Zim tattoo, was absolutely fantastic. He made sure to get it right and even let me taste it before I left to ensure I was satisfied. I was having a really tough day and had a long road trip ahead, and his positive attitude made all the difference for me. I am really grateful for his help. This has become my new favorite location!

The food at this restaurant isn't very good; it often has a burnt flavor. I only order donut holes and drinks now.

I stopped by this restaurant on my way to Myrtle Beach, and I have to highlight the fantastic cashier who assisted us—she had blue hair. She was one of the kindest people I've encountered in a long time! She was extremely helpful and really understood what I wanted. I absolutely loved my iced coffee! Thank you so much!

I was disappointed with this Dunkin' Donuts location, which was not only dirty but also had prices higher than what I'm used to just an hour away in Myrtle Beach. I placed my order online for pickup, but when I arrived, my order was incorrect. I was already on the road, so I decided it wasn't worth the hassle to go back. I’ll definitely be avoiding this location in the future.
