Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Florence

I would give this restaurant no stars if I could. I bought two boxes of ice cream and when I got home, I found that one box of buster bars was freezer burnt and melted. I returned to the store a couple of days later to try to exchange them, but I was criticized for not bringing them back on the same day. The staff accused me of not freezing them properly or letting them melt in my freezer. They refused to replace the bad ice cream. I will never go back to this store. Spending $30 on two boxes of ice cream and only being able to eat one is unacceptable. The customer service was terrible. I recommend checking your ice cream before leaving the store, or better yet, going to Fillmores on 18 instead.

Today, the restaurant is still under construction. Nothing is separated, with construction directly impacting the food. Additionally, the kitchen has been closed. This raises concerns about health and safety standards. The establishment should not be open until construction is complete and a proper working kitchen is in place. Overall, the current conditions are unacceptable and disappointing.

I have never been there before. The room was closed and there were old appliances stored everywhere. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Only teenagers work there, and they provide awful customer service. They messed up my order and seemed disinterested in serving. I would not recommend this place unless you enjoy being served by rude teenagers who are more focused on their phones and goofing off in the back rather than serving you. They do not wash their hands or gloves either.
