Chili's Grill - Florence

I visited this restaurant today to take advantage of the free meal offer for Veterans Day. I sat at the bar and the bartender glanced at me before walking away without greeting me. She later got into an argument with another employee. I sat for 25 minutes without being asked if I wanted anything to drink. Another customer noticed the situation and shook his head in disbelief. In the end, I left without being served. It was a disappointing experience that put a damper on my Veterans Day.

My friends and I always have a great time at Chilis on Wednesdays. Brittany, the bartender, is fantastic. She is very attentive and her customer service is excellent.

My colleagues and I came for a late dinner after work and sat in the bar area. Britney provided excellent service and the food was delicious as well. We definitely plan on returning in the future.

I was there with friends and I ordered a burger and fries. My friends got fries also but the fries were not good, like they been sitting for awhile. One of my friends got chicken tenders that tasted like fish, so she send all the food back. The service wasexcellent and our waiter was fine, just the fries and chicken tenders were not good. My burger was wonderful, I think it was theold timer. It was fresh and juicy. We were all very hungry, and no I didn't eat the fries.

The chili was terrible! we went to lunch and it wasn't very busy. it took an hour to get our food! the waitress said our ticket was next door and lasted 30 minutes after. our food was only warm enough to eat and the service was terrible! they never came to check us out. had to pack our own serviettes on the bar and track someone to get our bill. the pad they can pay on our table was dead. we never go back to this chili.
