Chen's Chinese Bistro - Florence

The restaurant was run by someone 14 years ago who created amazing dishes and provided a warm, friendly atmosphere. Unfortunately, the staff now lacks that friendliness, making the experience less enjoyable.

I truly want a refund. I can't understand how they can call this food. All they served were dough balls. Everything was incredibly disappointing, and I will never waste my money there again.

This is the best Chinese food I've ever tasted! I ordered for the second time last night after trying it for the first time last week. The food is delicious and always arrives hot when I bring it home! The prices are just right, if not surprisingly low considering the quality and portion sizes. We will definitely be returning customers in the future!

The dishes are very flavorful, prices are reasonable and the service is excellent. We are treated like family so very welcoming. Reccomend to everyone.
