Big Ray's Sub Shop - Florence

Tammy was so friendly. Makes you feel like you're a character in a show about a small town where everyone just gets along. The food is beautifully priced and equally delicious.

I visited today and will not be back. The employees were not wearing masks. COVID is no joke and neither is the health of the customers and employees.

I’ve been going to big rats for a few months now, food was excellent, service was really good . My order was on time and hot. I would definitely keep going back and my friends as well! Especially now in this time with the virus going around, the staff always wear their gloves and masks! Keep up the good work guys, I’ll give u a 10 if I could!!!

I’ve always given Big Rays 5 stars however after today unfortunately I don’t think my family and I will be returning unless something changes.First thing and most importantly was the fact when I walked in, none of the staff were wearing gloves or masks. No precautions were taken at all and waiting on customers with no masks on as well. Second, they didn’t even start the order I had placed on the phone prior to coming in.I don’t know what happened to Ray’s because they were always very polite and friendly and I had been there during Covid prior to today and they wore masks and gloves but until they take the necessary precautions to run their place and be professional and friendly we will not be returning.

The food here is fantastic! They have the best cheesesteaks and fries. The employees and staff are very very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend Big Ray's Sub Shop.
