Arby's - Florence

First time in this Arby’s and the food was good. I tried the orange creamsicle shake for the first time, and it was really good. I also tried the mozzarella sticks and nuggets bites they were both better then Burger Kings! The lobby needed to be picked up just a little but the employees took care of that quickly and the restaurant was clean. The employees were nice and I plan on going back!

Best Arby's I've been to. Friendly staff, fresh food, clean dining room and bathroom.

I had the best experience here! The food was hot and fresh. We also had a front counter person who gave us amazing service.

Make sure you know EXACTLY what you're getting. We wanted the 2 for $7 roast beef sandwiches. We ordered 2 regular sandwiches. We ended up spending $9 for 2 plain sandwiches. No mayo. Just meat and bread .

Wonderful service, the cashier and the Man were super nice. Food was really good. Although, I was saddened to have missed the hamburger. When something works, you need to keep it, I heard it was delicious. Please bring it back SOON!!! Blessings on this business continually
