Applebee's Grill - Florence

My husband and I wanted a steak last Sunday and drove by a couple of full steak houses then he said let’s go to Applebee’s! We had not been in there since moving to Florence 2 years ago. We went in and saw a 6 oz sirloin 2/28. It included a salad which I wanted. The food was so delicious! Cooked perfectly and the garlic potatoes were wonderful! Best plate of food in Florence! The beef was so good as well as the brocolli and potatoes. Salad and Asian dressing were very good also! I’ll go back!!!

The menu and the food keep changing. During this last visit it was like someone cut the steak horizontally making it thinner then their steaks have ever been before. First time I found grizzel in the steak. Been eating there for over 20 years. Waitress reports mashed tators are instant not real service good, server friendly.

It was a great meal, steak was cooked exactly like I asked and well seasoned. The waitress was incredible, she was kind and courteous all while working behind the bar and serving me and my family. First time trying Applebee's but will definitely be back.

Applebee's is a family favorite, our whole family and even our friends that eat there with us quite often really enjoy the food and the staff is usual very nice.

They have the rudest, most obnoxious waitress named Katrina, and we will not return because of her. My husband took me to eat on the one-year anniversary of the death of my mother (to help keep my mind off of it). We were seated, and Katrina approached us, and the first thing she did was look at me and laugh in my face. For no reason other than she's just a rude person. It was the last thing I needed. Completely ruined my husband's appetite. While management was nice and asked for another chance, it will not be happening. I'll never forget how that waitress made me feel.
