Trattoria Cibrèo-cibreino - Florence

The lady who took our order on the table and the sommelier was both a joy. The food was excellent.

Very nice, local restaurant in Florentine. Pappa al pomodoro was excellent as the Lampredotto, and a nice selection of inexpensive house wines, service was friendly. Great place and seems a much better alternative to Cibrèo Restaurant or Café.

On this last trip my husband and I stayed 2 nights in Florence and went out our way to Cibreo both days to go! The staff is very hospitable and hard to work. The food brought us back the BEST Pesto and Pasta and ugh! Everything! We were recommended to go to this restaurant from our Pasta cook in Rome, known internationally and an advisor in the food industry, and Cibreo exceeds expectations!

This was one of the best meals we enjoyed in a long time... casual mood, but next level food... Oh and the Roast Beef was an absolute highlight of my month in Europe and I played Michelin with stars this time! If we have the chance, we will be back in the few days in Florence!

This place is beautifully simple and perfect. We shared several plates, prosciutto and melon, fresh sheep’s milk ricotta, the chicken meatballs and the lasagna as well as a green salad. Every single dish was perfectly made. The service was friendly, attentive and fun. I would eat here once a week if I lived in Florence.
