Risotteria Melotti Firenze - Florence

I had a pleasant experience here with my family. 100% GF (except for some beer options) which is always a treat for peace of mind. I preferred the Sgrano locations in Florence, but would recommend this place for risotto enthusiasts as that is the only main course options offered.

Had a great time with my Partner at the is restaurant, the only thing not gluten-free was a selection of bottled beers. The one staff member I saw was knowledgeable and the food was delicious.

We went to the Rome location first, so we also had to check out this location when we came to Florence! They are 100% gluten free. They have the best risotto and the best gluten-free bread! They have slightly different offerings at each location. This time around, we got the duck with orange and pinenuts, as well as the eggplant cream risotto. They were both fantastic!

Everything is gluten-free, even the brot. the service was very friendly and attentive. eating was very good. we had arancini as an appetizer (fried risotto balls) and then the risotto of the day. it is recommended to book a table in advance.
