Bisteccheria Santa Croce - Florence

I was really curious to find out if the famed Chianina T Bone was really worth the premium price and the need to share it with another person (the steak was 1.2 kg,, . In my taste it is not. The steak was tasty but not more so than the average T bone in the USA. Moreover, the meat was somewhat chewy not even the filet part was as tender as I did expect. So, for me it was overall a disappointment.

We had a pleasant time as a family resting from our activities, the food was good and the service was friendly

Amazing food, friendly staff. T-Bone was superb, generous pizzas, and wonderful desserts. A place not to miss.
