Wok&go - Flintshire

We have been long standing customers of wokngo and were very disappointed with the quality from the shotton branch. The food was over spiced and greasy : We will only go to other wokngo places from now on

Ordered a few boxes from shotton tonight and they were awful. The two singaboxes were so dry they were like straw, safe to say they weren't eaten. The large pad Thai (that I asked for with extra meat and extra egg) was also stupidly dry tasted like the noodles were uncooked and had barely any meat and definitely no extra egg. The wife had a vegetable chilli box that had dry uncooked noodles. All not eaten. I will not be ordering from wok go again.

I dont often eat Fast-Food. And dont go to Fast-Food places. But Wok Go i like. Not been in a long time tho and 1st time in the One in Shotton. It was Clean Warm 1st time. Food Was good. Maybe a little bit over priced. But was okay. Staff 6/10 Friendly helpfull. Food 8/10. Drinks N/A. Price 7/10. Clean 4/10. Would return again, so look forward too seeing yous again. Not so clean 2nd time and should not have been open because of Smell from bathroom.

One star is too generous for my review. I have ordered from here twice and I will not be ordering again. The first time I was given the completely wrong box. The second time I ordered- I called several times to place an order on the telephone. When I finally got an answer I was told to call back in five minutes. When I did so, there was no answer. I expected the shop to be busy but when I arrived, there was not a single customer in there. Instead, two members of staff were sat behind the counter, one of which was on her phone. The lady who served me, with bleach blonde hair, was very rude- I would not rate her customer service skills. I ordered a build your own box. I got home and I literally had a box of dry noodles with soy sauce. No vegetables or egg, which I politely asked for twice. I most certainly will not be going back.

Love the sweet and sour box from wok and go. Fab service from this branch and even better now that they deliver to our home.
