Pound Bakery - Flintshire

The sausage rolls were terrible. The pastry was okay, but the filling was disgusting. We ended up throwing them away and heading to the bakery down the street in Mold for a better experience. That will be the last time I visit a discount bakery.

The restaurant offers great value for the price, with tasty and fresh sandwiches, delicious pastries, and good cakes.

I stopped by this shop while visiting Mold and it was a great find! There was a wide selection of cakes and pastries at a fantastic price of £1 each for most items. We visited in the afternoon and the shop was almost sold out, which speaks volumes about how popular their products are. We purchased a cream and jam sponge cake and tried a piece when we got home - it was delicious. We can't wait to try the other cakes we bought. The value for money was excellent and the staff were very friendly. We will definitely be returning.

Splendid food for the price. Service is good and the pies are particularly tasty. Pound bakery provides good fast takeaway food at affordable prices.

New to the area and visited Mold as the nearest town. Hungry children in tow whilst in the market lead us to the Pound Bakery. Sausage rolls and hot dogs were the choices. Actually thought the sausage rolls were much better than that chain across the road....beautiful flaky pastry with no grease and as hot as can be.
