They've gone downhill. It takes a lot to compel me to write a negative review, but here we are. They forgot to give me shrimp skewers I ordered, and gave me a side of rice I didn't ask for. I ordered blackened catfish as well that tasted almost exclusively like seasoning salt. My son only ate one bite out of his burger, and I don't blame him. It looked delicious on the outside, but the patty was clearly a cheap nasty frozen one you get out of Costco or somewhere like it. For him to not eat his meal is unheard of, it had to be bad. It's no secret that they use stuff from GFS or Costco, but come on. They need to source their ingredients better, and maybe pay enough attention that people get what they ordered. Our server was okay otherwise. Nothing good or bad to say there. Also the manager was no where to be found. A good manager checks in on their customers. All these complaints would be conveyed to them instead of here if we were given the opportunity. Do better Red Lobster, you guys are one of my favorite places and it's like you're not even trying.
Last Year, November 10, 2022, We dined in at the Flint Red Lobster, as We have for Years, to Celebrate My Mother’s Birthday, we would also come other times throughout the year, and Always spent Good money! there was a total of 20 guest, in our party, along with 20 paying Guests, I also Purchased 20, $20.00 gift cards, that I give away for Christmas gifts! the waiter We had was TERRIBLE! He was Very rude and yelled at My Nephew about a take out order, there were multiple things that didn’t go well as it relates to our server, I complained to the Female Manager, at which she made light of the situation, and that showed Me that clearly she was part of the Problem, I also contacted Corporate and I talked to a guy, who was to follow back up with Me, and he never called back??? I have been Boycotting this restaurant for a year, and I will continue to, because I can’t spend My Money at a restaurant that Refuses to serve Me and My Guest with RESPECT!
