Qdoba Mexican Eats - Flint

My first experience at QDOBA was excellent. I placed my order online, paid online, and picked it up without any hassle. The customization options for my chicken lime burrito were great, allowing me to get it just the way I wanted. The online ordering process was very user-friendly. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained both inside and out. The cashier greeted me warmly with a smile, and my order was ready on time. The burrito was prepared perfectly and was both hot and large in size. The flavor was impressive as well. Overall, my first visit to QDOBA was incredibly positive and I will definitely be ordering from them again when in the area.

January 10, 2019 First time going here ... Menu was kinda confusing. .. staff were friendly ... We got 3 Triple Threat Tacos and a 3 Cheese Nacho Bowl with 2 regular drinks $24 ... We both liked the grilled steak meat and the flavors were good ... The area where you choose your food could have used with tidying up ... Before leaving I saw an employee come out to clean tables off ... He picked up the unused napkins off the very messy table (2 children had been there) and put the napkins BACK with the napkins to be picked up by another customer. .. Instead of swiping the food in his hand or the napkin he swiped it onto the floor! ... That concerns me about cleanliness!!!!!!

Ok, this place just made me want to NEVER eat at this chain ever again! Never change their gloves as they go from handling everything and they touch my food! Because they were sanitizing the food area while still serving and have to go to the back room to get more stuff that was completely out. And why couldn?t one of the other 2 people do that? And not cross contaminate my food? A call to the health department is in order and I swear if I get food poison!

Qdoba is on my blacklist as a door dasher. NO respect for delivery drivers. I got there and was told it?d be a wait. Some time went by .. so I politely asked if they started my order.. because it was already 10 min late. And she WENT OFF. In front of about 15 people in line and several children. Saying ?You can WAIT? etc etc. Then said ?get that order made so she can GO? The employee she said that to, proceeded to slide my order off of the counter and I had to catch it mid fall. It was truly embarrassing for her.

This restaurant always provides a great burrito with all the toppings like queso and guacamole included for free, unlike their competitors. It's definitely the best value for the money. I only go to Chipotle because they offer more discounts and free burritos, which they can afford to do with all the extra charges they impose on customers who don't mind.
