Potbelly - Flint

You would think placing an order an hour ahead of when you show up, that it would be ready around the time you said you'd be there. Not making me wait around while the order is still finishing. I place a timed order ahead of time because I am in a rush and don't want your employees to have to deal with that. But when it doesn't even start getting made until I walk in, that's a problem.

Had great service and the workers were kind, definitely will come

This location is my favorite to go to! They always have fresh food and amazing workers!! I can’t say enough good things about Potbelly’s on Miller rd!

I've generally had good experiences here, the salads are usually great, but unfortunately whoever made it this time decided not to take off the blue cheese, tomatoes and hard boiled egg that weren't wanted. A few other co-workers suffered a similar fate with their orders, which is why I dropped my review from 3 to 2 stars. It's generally a good place, but the complete lack of awareness on orders today was disappointing. Hopefully this was a one-time event and not a sign of a downward trend.

I called to complain about my order being messed up and the Manager was so rude and unprofessional I was floored. I told her she was being rude and she said You started it (she cut me off and I said let me finish I am the customer) REALLY?? Then she was blaming Door Dash for my order not being prepared properly. Last I knew Door Dash was not in the kitchen preparing our food. I ordered an Chicken salad salad and just received lettuce and cucumbers and tomatoes. Poor management explains the poor service.
