Mcdonald's - Flint

I was blown away from the customer service I received here today. the staff really went out to ask a child in our party.

The staff is rude like the hell, they grounded 3 of my sandwiches, one was a spicy chicken with only meat and sauce on the bungalow, huh was old, half boiled, pickles on the bungalow, bung was burned. 3x I gave this sandwich back not allowed, take anything back through the window into kitchen area) the rude window lady without gloves touched the naked food, took it kitchen had pickles from the bungalow, handed over 2 and 3 times I asked for a new sandwich that was not old raw and burned I was told by window person, she didn't feel that it was a burned chicken. the speck mcdonald’s the meat was old and also dried out, I called to speak to the manager who listened and watched not to get a solution for the problems. I have been eating 15 years working I am a certified cook and have managed many restaurants and almost food sites, and this is by far the worst experience and answer to a food complaint, and it was no matter that they feed old raw chicken on an 8-year-old.

This restaurant experience was beyond belief. The staff was incredibly rude and couldn't even get our order right. When we pointed out that the order didn't match what was on the menu, the server simply acknowledged it and walked away. They also failed to apply the rewards we had earned and offered no solution. Instead, they suggested we go back to the long line that was already packed. Feeling frustrated, we decided to cut our losses and leave. The food we received was old and unappetizing, so we ended up throwing it away. Overall, we were extremely disappointed with our dining experience.

Worst costume service I've ever seen. I work in retail and would come nvr to my costumes as the manager came to us. we use this mcdonald’s everyday and use the same voucher on the app. today they did it wrong and refused to repair it and repay our money. so rude! when we wanted to talk to someone, they were very unprofessional. No one in my family will ever use these mcdonalds again. it is bad enough that it takes 20 min or more to get a breakfast sandwich. every day!

The restaurant was terrible. I had to repeat my order four times and they still got it wrong. They told me to pull up and wait for my order, but I ended up waiting for 20 minutes. I called repeatedly five times before anyone answered, only for them to not be able to hear me because the phone had fallen into grease.
