Wonderful place, perfectly located, super friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are very clean and comfortable

There is a man called ' 'Cyril ' ' a bald man) at the reception who is unacceptably incompetent, displaying rude behavior by shouting at clients and resorting to insults when questioned. This ruins the hotel experience. Avoid if possible.

Staff are welcoming. Rooms were tidy. Food was ok for that level. Overall, a good experience during the stay.

The hotel must renovate the rooms it has old furniture. They must update their all inclusive drinks package very limited drinks and bad flavor. Do not have varities specially the mocktail list. The kitchen staff need a grooming they gossip about client and do not have a good manner of replying client. Very limited choice of food in the open buffet.
