Longhorn Steakhouse - Fletcher

Our lunch date was great, Robert was attentive, we had quick service, and the food was perfectly cooked!

The ambiance was relaxing and not as cold as it has been on previous visits. The food was delicious and was brought to the table shortly after ordering which was unexpected.The only complaint I have is my serving of Fire-Grilled Corn on the Cob was burnt on one side to the point where I was not able to eat it. The burned smell alone was nauseating. The manager happily replaced it.This is a nice place for date night or hanging out with friends.

Listen; I usually don't review chain restaurants but the food here changed my mind! Cooked to perfection, even my in-laws were impressed!!! Great service too, highly recommend!Parking: Go left at the 1st red-light, you'll see a small sign for Long Horn on your left that leads to the restaurant and parking lot area. Easier than trying a u-turn.

45 minutes before server got our iced teas and almost hour before he took our food order. Brought one salad even though we had ordered three salads .then we got our food and he seemed to think the chicken was salmon so he kinda pushed it around on the plate with his finger to determine what it was .when I asked for check when dinner was done he began buying dishes while we were still sitting there .finally I ask if he could wait till we left to do that and go get my check.very disappointed in a restaurant we usually enjoy going to

My family eats here fairly frequently. The food has always been prepared well and served quickly, with consideration given to things like serving salads before entrees, attentiveness to refilling drinks, etc,. We've only ever had one hiccup during our many visits here, and Braxton went above and beyond for us. Definitely recommend. The grilled chicken and strawberry salad is excellent!
