All Chipotle restaurants have been going downhill for a while. For some reaso, they've all decided to make the hottest hit sauce incredibly hot and less flavorful. I?ve tried three times coming here and now this is my last. I went to another location recently and was shocked to see my food was hot there and fresh! I waited a few months since my last visit here because I didn?t think it could possibly be any worse than the last. The food was literally ice cold and the meat was terrible tonight, just like the last two times we came here. The queso was the only thing slightly warm. This location was good when it opened, but ever since about a year ago, they have been reducing the serving per scoop on every choice. Any other location will give you 2 scoops of rice per bowl and a solid scoop of meat. Now they give you 1 scoop of rice and shake off the spoon of meat to reduce it to half a spoon. So, the girl forgot to put meat in my burrito. Every bite of my burrito, I only got one thing, so it wasn?t spread correctly. The chips were way too salty, half were crunchy and half were stale. And; then instead of getting salsa with my chips, I get pico de gallo. Then, I find out they put the guacamole with the other stuff like it?s included, but it?s not. I ordered a meal for pick up with a time a few hours later it was ready right on time. Ordered two whole items a drink and a burrito bowl. They forgot my drink. Mind you they were not busy and the lady who handed be the bag checked the receipt. I was in a rush and didn?t notice in time. My mouth was on fire from the spicy sofrito and nothing to wash it down with so I couldn?t eat much of it.
