Excellent! an irreproachable service! an excellent restaurant manager! We made our cocktails at noon while no bartender was there! Really great! very present in the room during the service ect. Thanks again to the rank leader who is busy with us all night was perfect. Very effective sommelier and thank you to all other teams! I am myself from the profession in the room working in the michelin stars in the last 3 stars and currently 1 star. For me, you have the level well above a star that tells you more thank you for this magical moment! We'll be back.

A real kick in this 1 star restaurant that deserves at least 2 stars. A real heartburn. We took the service in 5 dishes where each dish had pep's that marks the Chef's excellent cuisine; Start with a just sublime butt composed of hazelnuts of the pedestrian and truffle. An absolute pleasure for each dish. The desserts are just as delicious. The service is at the restaurant level. A beautiful gastronomic discovery that is noticed in the Top of our address book of gastronomic restaurants.

Experience in 7 exceptional acts. A fairness of tastes and association quite rare. Pluto focused on the plant, I never ate in a restaurant that magnifies vegetables as well (mostly coming from their garden). Also, trout and bread crust lamb were perfect. Special mention for the baker who offered us an excellent old bread with the castle logo blows on it with flour! Original dessert-side associations with cherries/small peas. Brown dessert was also successful. The setting is beautiful, uninterrupting in the heart of the Var. For the flats, I would say that the sommelier at the beginning was not very friendly and she did not bring much. The Senegalese server brings warm welcome to this type of establishment. Some people (Asian? who have left negative comments have certainly never been in a gastronomic restaurant of this level.
