The Red Vault Bistro - Flatonia

Had a great time on Wednesday meeting family from several distant points in Texas at the Red Vault Bistro. The food, service and atmosphere couldn't have been better. It was a treat!

Not very ADA accessible. Extremely difficult to get a wheelchair in and out of the business. Service was extremely slow. Green beans were very al dente, porkchop was cooked medium rare but very chewy. Not very accommodating for people with nut and seafood allergies.

I would eat here every day. Food is delicious. Elizabeth -yes she introduced herself -is the epitome of gracious. Can't wait to try another dish by Chef Gabriel.

I grew up in this area but moved away after college. I have to recommend this restaurant HIGHLY. This food you will get only in major cities, but you have it right here in little old Flatonia. Great wine list as well and great service,

Legit the best place I have ever eaten. Absolutely delicious food and great experience. Chef personally brought out our food (it was slow) which was neat. I never get dessert but the appetizer and main were so good had to try the dessert. 10/10! Super light too, had 3 course meal and didn?t feel sluggish after. And to top it off it?s super reasonable price wise. If you have the chance to stop on your way through do it! If you live in the area, I?m jealous.
